Your business number rings on your desk phone, your computer, and your cell phone, all at once. You can take and make calls from the office, home, or the road on the same line, and callers only ever see your one business number.
Business phones.
GPS-Voice is a cloud phone system that travels with your team. The same number rings your desk, your laptop, and your cell, with auto-attendants, free porting for managed clients, and a flat per-user price. Predictable to the dollar.
What it is / in plain English
One number that follows your people everywhere.
A cloud phone system replaces the old box in the closet with software that runs on the phone on your desk, the app on your laptop, and the app in your pocket. Someone can answer the front-desk line from home and the caller never knows the difference.
You get the grown-up features, auto-attendants, ring groups, voicemail-to-email, without a per-minute bill at the end of a busy month. It is a flat price per user, so the phone bill is finally something you can predict.
Four tiers, flat per-user pricing. You know the bill before the month starts.
What's included / the concrete list
A phone system that keeps up.
An auto-attendant is the friendly menu that greets callers and points them to the right place, like "press one for sales." A ring group rings several people at once, such as the whole front desk, so calls actually get answered. We set both up around how your business really handles the phone.
Porting means moving your existing phone number over to the new system, so you keep the number your customers have called for years. For managed clients we handle a normal-schedule move at no charge, and nothing changes on your cards, signs, or online listings. Two things the phone carriers bill for and we will always quote before you commit: a rush port pushed through inside 72 hours, and cancelling a port once it has already been submitted. Give us adequate notice and neither one comes up.
You pay one flat rate per person with no per-minute charges on calls within the US. A busy month full of calls costs the same as a quiet one, so the bill stays predictable and easy to explain. It is built for normal business calling — if a seat runs like a full-time call center, we will tell you and move it to the Call Center tier rather than quietly letting the bill drift.
e911 makes sure that if someone dials 911, emergency responders get your correct address, which internet phones have to be set up carefully to do. Because a cloud phone can be anywhere, the address on file is the one they are sent to — so if you move an office, a desk, or a person, tell us and we update it the same day. You can reach us for a 911 address change by phone or email, any time.
Included in all tiers, with 30-day call retention.
Texting from your business number is part of the Pro tier. One thing worth knowing up front: US carriers require every business that sends texts to register the company and its use case first, which takes a few days and is not something anyone can skip. We handle the paperwork and tell you when it clears — it is not switched on the afternoon you sign.
The number your customers know does not change. Everything behind it just gets better.
How we deliver it / why it is different
The same local team, from network to dial tone.
Phones sit on your network, so when the phone company and the IT company are two different vendors, you become the go-between when something breaks.
Because we handle both, one team owns the whole path. If a call quality issue is really a network issue, the same team that runs your phones runs your network, and we just fix it. One number to call, and whoever answers can see both sides of it.
We plan the port carefully so your lines never go dark mid-transition, and we are local, so on cutover day a real person can be there, at whatever hour it lands.
Who it is for / and what it costs
For teams that are done babysitting the phones.
Offices with remote and in-person staff, shops that need a real auto-attendant, and anyone tired of a phone bill they cannot predict. Four tiers, from a simple line to a full call center, priced per user.
| Tier | Per user | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $22 | Unlimited US, app, e911 |
| Standard | $28 | Ring groups |
| Pro | $35 | SMS, analytics, CRM |
| Call Center | $55 | Queues, supervisor tools |
Every seat includes a direct number, e911 registration, and call recording. The estimator totals phones alongside the rest of your stack.
The fine print / GPS-Voice
- Prices are per user, per month. Every seat includes one direct number, e911 registration, and call recording. Month to month — no term contract, cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Unlimited US calling covers normal business use across the US and Canada. If a seat starts running like a full-time call center we will say so and move it to the Call Center tier rather than let the bill drift.
- Number porting is free for managed clients on a normal schedule (allow about two weeks). A rush port pushed through inside 72 hours, or a port cancelled after it has been submitted, carries a carrier fee — we quote it before you commit, every time.
- Call recordings are retained for 30 days, included in all tiers. Longer retention is available and quoted separately; if your industry requires it, tell us before we build the system.
- Business texting (Pro tier) requires US carrier registration of your business and its use case before it can send. We file it for you; allow a few business days. Includes 500 outbound messages per user per month.
- e911 sends responders to the address on file, so it must be current for every seat. Tell us by phone or email when anyone moves desk, office, or home and we update it the same business day.
- Phone hardware is quoted separately. International calling is billed at cost by destination. Taxes, regulatory fees and surcharges are additional and set by the carriers, not by us.
