On a GPS plan? With your whole fleet enrolled (5+ endpoints) you unlock member pricing across the board — block labor (Pro −10% / Advanced −20%), the backup endpoint fee included on Pro & Advanced, and roughly half off hosting. Standalone monitoring is $20/workstation or $40/server per month.

Off-plan labor is a flat $175/hr — remote, onsite, or in-shop, one rate, straight through. Buy a block of prepaid hours and the rate drops: $15 off for every 10 hours, down to $100. Blocks never expire.

GPS-Pro members take another 10% off block rates, Advanced 20% (shown above) — with the whole fleet enrolled. Additional labor discounts are available for qualifying institutions (non-profits, 50+ endpoints). After-hours / emergency work is 1.5×.
