DOC.02.1 / MANAGED IT RUN YOUR SYSTEMS / SYS.RUN FROM $19 / ENDPOINT

Managed IT, always on.

Guru Protection Services (GPS) keeps every computer, server, and critical device healthy so downtime is the exception, not the routine. One flat per-endpoint price, and a local team that already knows your network.

A dim managed-services monitoring desk in the evening, several monitors showing network graphs and dashboards, an empty chair and a coffee mug lit by monitor glow.

What it is / in plain English

Someone is watching your systems, so you can get on with the work.

Managed IT means we take responsibility for keeping your technology running. We monitor your machines around the clock, patch them on a schedule, and step in the moment something looks wrong, usually before you have noticed anything at all.

This is the fully-managed end of the spectrum: a rough month costs you the same as a quiet one. You pay one predictable price per computer, and our whole job is to keep those computers boring, quiet, and working.

One flat price per computer, the same invoice every month, and work we stand behind.

What's included / the concrete list

Everything under the hood.

Monitoring means we keep an eye on every computer, server, and important device for you, day and night, using software that watches how they are running. When a hard drive starts to fail or something stops working, we get the alert and start on it, often before you have noticed anything is wrong.

A patch is a small update that software makers release to fix bugs and close security holes. We install those updates for you on a regular schedule, so the weaknesses attackers look for get sealed up quickly instead of sitting open for months on a machine nobody got around to updating.

When something goes wrong you call, email, or let us connect in remotely, and you reach a real local technician who already has your setup written down. Same small team every time, so you start with the problem instead of your history.

Antivirus is the software that catches and blocks malicious programs before they can do damage. We install a business-grade version on every machine, keep it updated, and actually watch its alerts, rather than leaving you with the free tool that came with the computer and hoping someone notices when it flags something.

Once a month you get a short, plain-English summary of what we watched, what we updated, and what we quietly fixed before it could turn into your problem. It is an easy way to see exactly what you are paying for without needing to be technical.

Most issues we solve remotely in minutes. When something genuinely needs hands on the hardware, a local technician comes to you — in the Tucson metro that is usually within an hour or two, and we cover the Phoenix metro on-site as well. If you are weighing whether an IT company can really cover you in person, a quick consultation is the easiest way to get a straight answer.

You pay per endpoint, so the bill follows your actual headcount. Add a person, add an endpoint. Downsize, and it drops the next month.

How we deliver it / why it is different

You reach a person who already knows your setup.

Most IT companies run the same tools. What you actually feel day to day is who picks up the phone, how fast they get it, and whether they treat you like a person.

When you call us, you reach a local tech who can see your environment and knows your history, on the first try. We answer our own phones, and we have since 2001.

We also tell you the truth. If something is fine, we will say so. If a project can wait a quarter, we will say that too. Kind, direct, and honest is the whole standard, and every question gets a real answer.
