Off-plan labor is a flat $175/hr. A prepaid block buys that rate down — but it only pays for itself if you actually use the hours. Tell us what you expect in a year and we will tell you which block to buy. Sometimes the answer is: don't.

"Pays off at" is the block total divided by the $175 rack rate: use fewer hours than that and you would have been better off paying as you go. Blocks never expire, so banked hours keep. GPS-Pro takes another 10% off block rates and Advanced 20%, with the whole fleet enrolled (5+ endpoints). Past 50 hours a year we stop selling blocks and build a custom arrangement instead. Additional labor discounts are available for qualifying institutions (non-profits, 50+ endpoints). After-hours and emergency work is 1.5×.
